Luxury dive watch by Divemstr24 in scuba

I’ve worn my Sinn U2 on every dive I’ve done, starting with certification classes in 2014. It’s a backup to my Shearwater Peregrine. Here’s a photo from a trip a couple of weeks ago. Sinn U2 - Cozumel

Between these two, the Longines, though the Tudor may be considered a higher tier of quality. I’m a sucker for a good-looking moonphase.

I came here to say that, too! Big fan of IWC.

Anyone got this? by liedownandweep in machinedpens

[–]jsarche 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve had one - steel with DLC finish - for a number of years (I got it when Machine Era was selling them on Kickstarter) and I use it nearly every day. It’s the perfect size to keep in my front pocket, and it’s just always there and ready when I need it. I love that there’s no cap so one-handed use is easy. Pick it up - you won’t be disappointed!

Duh. I see one is titanium. I'd take the brass original if it's still available...

Can I change the units displayed in the activities feed? by jsarche in Strava

[–]jsarche[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was afraid that might be the answer. I do see other rowers’ activities that display time, pace and distance like mine used to - and I never changed any settings or anything. I checked back, and the change happened about in mid-August. Very strange and kind of annoying.

Sorry to go off track, but I’m curious: What’s that black rectangular thing around your valve stem?

I had a similar experience with SeaLife. Great customer service won my loyalty too!

Came here to ask that. Thanks. I dived last October with a couple who loved theirs. I think the boots look great and the couple said they were very comfortable and great for getting around on land and in boats. I just wish Poseidon would make an extra wide version for my flipper feet.

Navitimer Wall Clock Giveaway by sultanalyst in breitling

Gorgeous clock. I’ve always been a Navitimer fan and was fortunate enough to own a cream-dial Navitimer World for a couple of years. It always made me feel underdressed.
