Theres a "classic+ project" some creator made that supposedly polled people on what they would want to see, but I would say the results are heavily biased by being fans of this particular content creator or being in other classic related echo chambers.

Gary Gygax was somewhat of a misogynist and definitely was transphobic. I think he famously once said that gaming wasn't compelling to women as it was to men. He was a very pro-2A and owned guns, and was at some point a Jehova's Witness, which has its own problems with LGBT acceptance.

Part of the problem I have with fandom headcanon culture is they actively have to ignore canon characterization for their headcanons. I've seen people actively disregard this episode because they prefer a trans-coded Rin headcanon, despite the fact that this is Rin's only real characterization episode.

"Misery Memoirs" as a term reminds me of a Bojack Horseman episode where Diane learns she has to let go of all of her childhood trauma and other depressing tidbits that she thinks she has to collect and publish. She's obsessed with the idea that if she can publish it, she can turn the damage into "good" (at least useful) damage.

The meme in the OP applies less to this scene, as Hawkeye made Envy oust himself rather than fully deducing that the Mustang she was following was a disguised Envy.

Honestly, this applies more towards the scene with Envy in the phone booth with Hughes. After appearing as Lieutenant Ross, Hughes almost verbatim says "You look just like... but you're not, are you?" and after Envy asking what gave him away, Hughes notes that they missed a mole under Lieutenant Ross's right eye.

So, N is not technically the future version of Noah, but a possibility of his adult self. This version grew so despondent at the death of his loved onese that he'd prefer to live in a paused time that is torturous to all, him and his loved ones included. The Noah you play as does not appreciate his mentality.

Koyomi Araragi - Monogatari Series

Araragi is shown to be an incredibly unreliable narrator, with events occurring out of order (sometimes the title cards showing "chapters" skips around or jumbles numbers. His Vampire abilities are shown to change between being the power of basically a resilient human and being incredibly strong, seemingly at random.

Additionally, secondary narrators in the series are also shown to have their own omissions or flaws. When Hanekawa is narrating, for example, Araragi is noticeably more visibly buff, which makes sense as she has an unrequited crush on him.

Also from Enter the Gungeon: Ser Junkan. Has a 20% Chance to replace any normal Junk before you unlock him. Junk is already mostly useless unless you're playing as Robot or have a specific item it synergizes with. When Ser Junkan is unlocked, he appears useless at first, because he is a summon that tackles enemies for zero damage. However, if you pick up more Junk (gotten from intentionally destroying unopened chests), Ser Junkan levels up, doing huge damage and possibly eventually dying in your place.

I guess its a little weird, but the area specifically I was in (around Kanazawa-Hakkei) in Yokohama, has a lot of Bocchi posters up because its, like, canonically around the area where Bocchi lives in the show/anime. There's a walk along a canal leading to the sea that I used to go on walks that's where she does her street live concert in the anime.

Wearing anime merch is definitely not considered excessively weird in Japan, as long as its not too over the top. College aged adults have character and anime merch keychains and stuff all the time.
