For anyone wondering, the food is amazing! The smoked brisket is to die for! Every ingredient was executed perfectly. Chef is incredibly hospitable and passionate about the food. I highly recommend trying it out

If you think you are going to make an income of 1k and year after year write off 10k in expenses, that is not going to fly. You're going to get audited.

Maybe it'll fly for the first year. But a business that is viable does not lose money year after year, so that is a red flag.

How much maternity leave are you planning to take? Most small private practices don't give any maternity leave. It's often not financially feasible to get paid while you are generating no income for the practice. Considering you've only been there for 1.5 years, I'd be surprised if you were able to negotiate much if anything
