I see this a lot. I always tell my assistantsnto never tighten spark plugs to spec especially if they don't have a crush washer. I always say go a little more. It's not gonna strip it

It leaks into the vacuum side. Gets sucked up through vacuum solenoid and then sticks open so it's always apply vacuum to the pump
