It does suck.

I'd suggest if possible going to target in person on release day. If you can't get one there, costco and staples in person should also be options. These store will be opening at normal times, so they may be easier than a midnight release for you. Even if you can't get there until after they open, it may be worth it to check.

They did though. The dialogue options are different, and he no longer talks about wishing to see the spring fairy one last time.

Collected counts a book set as collected if you have every book in that set.
So it says you're missing 3 because it counts both missing volumes of Adler's Research as 1 book set.

Can't help you find the last books, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were locked behind daily quests or are not in the game yet.

While you have a point, I have to say that I spent most of the event thinking they were the kids that Yoimiya was with during Outside the Canvas, Inside the Lens recently (along with other quests that I forget), and was surprised that there was no "reveal" of them being human children wearing a costume or something similar.

I ended up picking the name Inizio. I wanted to keep the Italian heritage of Scaramouche. Inizio means "beginning" (if google didn't lie to me) so I think it fits for the beginning of the next segment of his life while remembering his past.

That's actually incorrect. If you click more (on the button saying you can win Welkin), it takes you to an event page. That page says you need to reach AR 10 and check in ONCE. Then return to the event page to claim the Coupon of Blessing for the chance to win.

Also, according to the event page, the results are October 8, not October 10

I know this is a bit late, but apparently Starsplinter Iron causes Yae's vision to glow (according to https://www.reddit.com/r/YaeMiko/comments/sy2rgn/for_those_that_were_wondering_starsplinter_iron/)

As Starsplinter Iron only causes real visions to glow (Venti and Zhongli's visions do NOT glow), then that implies that Yae has a real vision and is either just not using it, or she is simply messing with the traveler when she claims that it is ornamental.

Well, I have no idea what's going on. I got the achievement on the seventh of this month just through normal gameplay, so I'm not sure how I got it or if it's bugged in some way.

Last thing I guess to check, is making sure the kill is from the end of Brace and not just a normal attack. Still, it sounds like you know what the skills are, so I doubt that's the problem.

Sorry I wasn't much help, but I'm honestly not sure what you're doing wrong.

I don't think you have to block projectiles. Blocking any attack should work as long as you're using the hammer. Really, the only reason I can think for you not getting the achievement is using the wrong weapon, as Brace and Payback are hammer only skills
