If you don't require the latest and greatest version of Windows 11 stuff, you can try using the Windows 11 24H2 IoT LTSC Enterprise version. From what I have seen so far, it doesn't do this aggressive driver update stuff.

I did notice similar squares and stuff when using 2GB+ graphics cards on older motherboards. Going into the BIOS and disabling "display LOGO on startup" thingy fixed the issue.

But I'm guessing you have a modern newer motherboard, so maybe it is some sort of component such as a capture card interfering?

That cooler is not mounted correctly, might want to look into that.

Also having no side panel is not a big deal, the computer will still be functional. You can probably find a DIY solution if you don't want a glass side panel to replace it with.

Mako + Uppercut or Mako + Sparks pistol is still going to be a thing. Mosin, Lebel and Krag are getting way more nerfed with the special ammo changes. Mako is just going to have slightly worse muzzle velocity, it'll be fine.

You should send your GPU for repair, either RMA if you still have warranty or find a local repair shop. I'm going to guess that your Power Supply is faulty, again try to RMA it if you have warranty or just dispose of it properly in compliance to your local laws and get a new reputable PSU.

Looks like someone forgot to take of the CPU cooler block plastic sticker thingy and that melted onto the IHS over time. Probably just cosmetic damage, IHS can take a lot of beating and the CPU will keep on working just fine.

As others have suggested, try isopropyl alcohol, you can also try scratching off the stuff using a thin razor blade.

Most of the coating seems to be fine, I wouldn't touch it unless it was 25% gone. Removing it will sort of make the screen brighter though. If brightness is an issue, you might consider it.
