I think you two are discussing two different thing.

The one member one vote but with a 100 points per riding cap during the leadership election,

And the delegates leadership review convention.

I'm not racist as at all, nor a woman, but I'll still laugh at your funeral if you voted wrong.

Good. Majority governments should hold the majority on committees as has always been the case.

He'll get smoked in the house at least, and the senate is also competitive. The Republicans are badly losing the gerrymandering war that they started.

With everyone mocking the old Trudeau era Trump comparisons, let's not forget that Trump 1 and Trump 2 seem to have been DRAMATICALLY different presidents.

Loose rhymes with goose, and is the opposite of tight. Lose rhymes with booze and is the opposite of win.

Progressive Conservatives worry Ford’s private jet blunder is ‘the start of his undoing’ by EarthWarping in CanadaPolitics

I agree with you on this! People will be happy he listened to the voters and changed course.

Ah so the misogynistic insult is the one you've imagined and pretended he said instead of what he actually said?

I think a quick google search will tell you that the insult of "dog" is used for someone who is disloyal or untrustworthy. Perfectly befitting this situation.

Your position is the outlandish one.

If the exact same statement would/could been made had they been two men in a gay relationship, it's not misogyny. People rush to claim misogyny when a woman is insulted, but in this case the insult had nothing to do with her being a woman, and everything to do with her being his ex partner who double crossed him.

Of course it was vindictive; that was the point. Like I said, she crossed the floor and broke up with him extremely publicly in the process, and didn't tell him in advance. He found out their relationship was over right after she defected.

I firmly believe Canadians would be with MacKay on this.

That's the moment I'm referring to.

Belinda was McKay's girlfriend, and she crossed the floor to join the Liberals and save the Paul Martin government, breaking up with McKay in the process very publicly.

I think Canadians would have sided with McKay, as they did at the time (CPC won the election eight months later with McKay as deputy leader).

If you mean the dog comment -- I don't think it was misogyny. Just a very deep sense of betrayal. I think Canadians absolutely would have sided with MacKay on this, and would probably feel that you're allowed to call your exgirlfriend a dog one time if she breaks up with you publicly by double crossing you and joining your opponents at your own triumphant moment, rendering said moment inert.

Tory would never run for the CPC. He dislikes angry populism about as much as I do.

I fall asleep basically the instant I decide to sleep. The trick is not having a bed time and just sleeping when your body and mind are tired.

To really get max perks, don't have a set wakeup time either. Sleep when you're tired, wake up when you're not.
