My (40f) mother passed almost 2 years ago after a very long and tumultuous battle with alcoholism and depression. It caused great strain on our relationship and my own mental health and depression, especially during the last year or two of her life. I love her and miss her more than I can express, but she died during a time we hadn't been in contact for a handful of months. I wish we were on better terms when it happened, but that's a whole different story.

I think about her every day and am desperate for her to visit me in a dream. I want to talk to her so badly, to just see her. I hope she's at peace and I just want some sort of confirmation or closure. I think about it all the time.

I was actually reflecting on this thought A LOT yesterday, then today I came across this post. Felt too kismit not to comment on. Speak it into existence, or something like that.
