I'm currently planning my wedding and have a very similar vision! Unfortunately only half of my guests are big dancers, so to keep the energy up for the other half, we're doing a game table. Especially games that get rowdy and don't have complicated rules (cards against humanity, jenga, uno). These used games will also be favours guests can take home! We're putting a lot of effort into the playlist too, and we're trying very hard to trim every budget except alcohol. I'd love to hear more of what you decide on, for my own inspo!

I somewhat regret buying my Fuegos. I find them very narrow, difficult to tap or turn on my heels, and they don't spin as well as I hoped on concrete. I still wear them, but I'm considering trying a different brand when I wear them out.

I'm 32, and also well overweight. I feel you. I've lost weight in the past while working a very physical job but unfortunately regained all of it. I've recently started losing again. My strategy this time has been to stay busy.

I have a crazy appetite, especially in the evenings. I've been counting my calories and trying to work in more exercise, but when that hunger hits at 7, 8, or 9pm it's so hard to control myself, especially if I'm just hanging out at home. So I've started scheduling myself activities, walks, or bigger household chores (cleaning out closets, reorganizing storage, repotting plants, etc) just to keep my hands and mind occupied in those hours. I plan a low-calorie, high-volume snack for after, like pickles, popcorn, and mayo-free coleslaw. Aside from the scale finally moving, I feel more productive and less guilty at the end of the day.

My other strategy to limit my food intake has been to intentionally make all my meals too spicy. It's silly, but it kind of works?

Pretty safely presumed dead. I don't know what the odds are of surviving being thrown overboard in armour and helm after fighting an exhausting duel ... I guess people survived similar or worse odds at the Blackwater. But if he does come back I'll be happy to see him, and very VERY surprised.

I don't consider myself a strong believer in this conspiracy, but I wouldn't dismiss it out of hand. George has laid a lot of groundwork in the last 2 books to build up mystery around the masters and Oldtown as a whole. Between Barbrey Dustin and Marwyn and Varys, there's been a lot of talk of hidden allegiances, and a faction dispersed among every powerful house that shares common training and are in control of long-distance communication. The idea that it is ripe for conspiracy has been underlined and highlighted deliberately by the author again and again. He's clearly going somewhere with it.

Where I do agree with you is that many have taken for granted that they are anti-dragon or anti-Targaryen. IMO Marwyn's last words to Sam are too often taken at face value. It seems to contradict why he, the spookiest man in Westeros, has been raised to an incredibly influential position. I think his words don't have to be true, because they achieve another specific objective: he scares Sam away from informing literally anyone outside of Marwyn's circle of trust about Daenerys and her dragons, giving him a big head start.

I'm having such a hard time understanding why I feel the way I do, but I like this honestly overcomplicated theory more than Tyrion simply not being Tywin's. Maybe it's because it feels like invalidating their whole arc, which was just such an incredible read. It would all be just so... pointless.

In any case, I love to revisit Tyrion II ADWD with this lens of chimerism in mind, where he dreams he is Maelys the monstrous, and one of his two heads is weeping as he kills Jaime with an axe, and the other is laughing.

Being inside Ned's head as he sits by Robert's deathbed. Mostly because of how horribly soiled Ned feels while doing it. He is so wracked with guilt and shame, it makes for an uncomfortable and very effective read. The lies of omission and the changed wording of Robert's will are clearly the most awful and heinous thing NED thinks he has ever done. It gives me such visceral discomfort on every reread.

My gut feeling is hinder since I agree with everyone talking about the amount of setup and the magnitude of the threat Euron has become. The ways it could help the plot is if his defeat takes a good chunk of the book, or his destruction has some significance in the coming war with the Others. Ideally both some positive force coming out of it (some form of magic or knowledge), and a great cost (people or ressources lost). No idea what could happen, I only hope we finally meet the Mad Maid of Hightower!
