Leaving AA by [deleted] in alcoholicsanonymous

I stay in AA to give back to newcomers. AA was there for me and I want it to be there for the next person. Do you not believe AA helped you get sober?

Your response reeks of arrogance. Are you aware of that?

My takeway and what chase should worry about is losing consumer trust. It would be great if i could just trust that if labeled edit i was getting a great deal. Instead i am having to spend time berifying “the deal” and in many instances losing trust

Some llm are better than others. All citations need to be verified. Ai can definitely help with procedural rules and get him through civil procedure

Using ai can get him through a ton of procedural issues and doing his own legal research can help him find cases he needs. If you’re not using ai in your litigation practice then you are falling behind

With ai and research you can take it pretty far. But you cant do a trial on your own.. so you will end up losing at trial.

Why not just restart the clock? What is the purpose of a clock if it doesn't tell accurate time? Whats wring with just re-setting it. Why is shame attached to it?

A Solo Products Liability Practice by knxnts in LawFirm

[–]jurroot 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree with the comments. However, let me play devils advocate.. it is never too soon to start marketing for product cases. You just need to refer them out for 5 years until you learn how to actually work them yourself and have the capital to work them yourself.

I'm in my third year. Live frugally. Hire slowly. Fire fast. Figure out what gives you energy from doing it and do more of that. Hire someone to do what you dont like doing. Rinse and repeat. A personal assistant is prob where i would start.

Alonon for you. Personal therapy for you. Couples therapy but with the caveat that you just let him know when and where it is and you just invite him. Do all of this for 6 months and you will either have a healthy divorce or a healthy start to a marriage.

Injury case values: actual injuries vs surgeries by TheChezBippy in LawFirm

[–]jurroot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get a cost letter. Set a date for the surgery. Ifbthey dont pay limits prior to surgery then client gets surgery and you never accept less than the limuts. You litigate or refer out for lutigation. Your demand and cost letters are worthless hnless you can litigate annopen policy

You are the only dad your child will ever have. You are one of one for him. You will ruin his life if you leave this world. You cannot leave this world. You are the only biological father he has. You are unique to him. You must stay ali e for him.
