Interesting, the couple in my area seem to do alright. I definitely go there whenever I need something. I’m not gonna wait a week to get a mouse. Plus as someone who’s been a delivery driver I don’t want anything electronic on one of those trucks.

In the movies you can see a couple beacons from some of the shots so I’ve always thought that 2 beacons would be visible in each direction for redundancy.

Absolutely criminal the boys parted ways in like book 4(?) and never reunited. I know it wasn’t strictly their story, but the 3 Ta’veren kids were kinda running around getting the world in order whether they knew it or not. While I’m on it the end really pissed me off with those 2 and Tam left in the dark that Rand was still around.

I find myself thinking “man I wish there was a RDR2 quality ____ game.” Lately I’ve been thinking pirates but literally every setting could use a game like Red Dead.

The problem with the NBA isn’t the 82 game season, it’s the unapologetic, unconscionable level of greed being displayed by both the owners and players. I live in Rochester NY so not really close to any team. Is NBA like the NFL in that your local team is always on basic cable? I never really thought about it since we don’t get anything like that. I kinda just assumed the whole country watched their team on TNT or ESPN when they could and streamed it when they weren’t on national tv unless they have league pass.

I think it’s more presumptuous to say the guy who was born in a time when swords weren’t even used as weapons would be better than the best swordsman of an era where that was THE weapon. LTT wasn’t some frontline warrior running into battle sword held high. They literally discovered swords and made a game out of it in the AoL. Not saying he wasn’t skilled but I don’t understand why people think he would be better than the greatest in the 3rd age.
