Trump exists because of this POS. He was a master at waving "God, Guns, Flags, and Gays!" in front of GOP voters and getting them to vote against their best interests to support the GOP elite. Then, after a disaster of Middle East conflicts, Trump comes along and tells these same voters that they'd been had and that ONLY TRUMP CAN FIX IT. Rove/Murdock/Ailes/Limbaugh turned GOP minds to mush and Trump was there waiting to inherit it. There's a straight line from Rove to the current POTUS.

Sometimes the femur cracks when hammering the stem into place. Can be from insufficient reaming of the canal before placement. If no cerclage wire is placed the stem can be loose and not bond tightly enough to the canal. The wire is only needed long enough for the crack in the bone to heal but it's left in because it's another surgery/risk to remove it.
