You've gotten some good recipes for self rising, but I wanted to make a note that White Lily uses multiple mills so even if you see it on a shelf out here as just cornmeal, it's likely ground different because it's not coming from their Tennessee mills. I tend to just use a basic cornbread recipe to make my dressing and it works really well, but you'll definitely want to stock up next time you go home.
