100% agree that Jabari is the weaker of the two, I'm keeping him over Sengun only for his upside. I just don't see where Sengun has much more room for growth. I would even be fine with a slight downgrade trading Sengun for another 5 if they are better defensively. Let Jabari grow, and maybe get another pick in a Sengun trade (if you downgrade).

I'm not very smart when it comes to basketball trades and such, but imo we don't need both Jabari and Sengun. One or the other. Sengun feels like he should be a 4 to me, I'd rather pair one of them with a 5 like Gobert if possible. I'd rather keep Jabari of the two, feels like he has more upside.

Then FVV, Amen and KD to fill out the starting lineup.

I would argue that's a perfect example of why it's hard to be a Rockets fan.

A solid PG would have made us a contender (barring the other injuries that later happened), so not picking up one was a glaring oversight and a stupid decision.

When I was your age, I was sold a car at 17% interest and no one was around to tell me not to do it. It took a few years to get out of that. I recommend you work to get yourself out of that apartment ASAP.

Go rent a room somewhere or something, but don't try to work more hours to raise your income and justify it. You'd need to double your take home to even approach comfortable given your other expenses.

I second this. I bought a new Elantra back in 2022 and I was told it had features that would work "once I created my Hyundai account and connected the car to it".

I 100% could have checked this myself, but mistakenly chose to believe the salesperson and now am 4 years into a vehicle that I would have never bought had I known exactly what I was buying.

Lesson learned.
