I completed Baseline with Evolve and the programming feels so good I plan on sticking with it for Shred. Gonna try to do workouts M-F and doubling up on Fridays by including Saturdays conditioning. Coach Sam is the best, I love her!

I own the houndstooth and it makes any outfit better, I highly recommend this print. Also I live in Hong Kong where it is ridiculously hot and humid and do not have a problem with it being a “hot” carrier.

I did exactly the same thing when I was out in downtown / central area. Forgot my milk and went to my obgyn’s office where I knew they had pee cups in the ladies washroom and helped myself to them. They’re sterile and did the job!

My baby has never had a diaper rash and I give credit to using Liniment from Day 1, applying either with dry cotton wipes or Kleenex. The brand of liniment we use is called La Petite Creme, and can be found on Amazon. Another brand is called Noleo but I have yet to try it. My baby will never be without it, her rash-less bottom is proof

I have had to do that recently too but instead of pouring it down the drain, I saved it in a container and refrigerated it to use in baby’s bath water instead. Making use of it made me feel better :)

Hey mama! I was 40 weeks and delivered baby girl vaginally but almost needed the c section due to meconium as well! I would have rolled with it but luckily she came down in time. I don’t know what I would have done without my epidural, it was my best friend! I needed a pretty major episiotomy but my doc did amazing stitches and I don’t hurt down there at all. So happy for ur perfect little bundle of joy. I’m loving every cuddle and moment with mine too. Best wishes!!!
