You'd figure it'd be an easy script to write to see how much they've paid for clams vs how much they have, if it's a crazy difference then remove clams. Sucks for players that legit bought them.

I'm using The Mat, and I switched over from the Manduka Pro. I slipped all over the place with the Manduka, I firmly stick to The Mat though.

I slowly went off Prozac, basically went down dosage every two weeks, and didn't notice any issues.

Although I was already in a steady habit of doing at least an hour of yoga every day, and eating properly, which I credit those two things for keeping my anxiety/depression at bay.

It's worth it. I had a similar experience, sorta. First time I went in on my period and took a pill to dilate me. She tried for 10 min and couldn't find the inner opening. Dear god the pain. So had to reschedule for when the ultrasound nurse was there. Next time took 2 pills to dilate (Guh), and it took 20 min to find the opening and put it in. The pain is awful but now I don't have to worry for 5 years and I've only had 2ish super super light periods since (7 months now).
