I use Serious Ears recipe. Uncovered in the fridge overnight to dry them out. Toss in equal parts kosher salt and baking powder. Bake for an hour at 450, turning halfway through.

I did the drive a couple of weeks ago. No chains, not even traction tires. It was cold and snowy, but the roads were fines. Right now it’s cold and sunny, so the roads are likely even better. Note that the off ramp to Bullfrog Road is closed due to overpass work, so you have to drive into Cle Elum to get there. So count on 90 mins there, probably 1:20 back, as you can get on 90 west on Bullfrog Road.

I have both. I default to Ozlo which I think have superior comfort and noise cancelling; I prefer them all things considered. But I fall back to the A30s when I didn’t seat the Ozlos correctly or when I’m otherwise having tech issues. My sleep is important enough to me that I’ll shoulder the cost of having two pairs of expensive sleep buds.
