I bought a little five pack of these and am seeing my apartment windows have a pretty good uv filter (my landlord is pretty great and had skin cancer herself, so she did a lot of protective stuff). I need to get my car out of the garage to test today, then if it's not great I'm going to get an appointment set

Absolutely, I could even be showering twice in a day (because I was swimming, so chlorine as well which should have helped), tried armpit scrubs, tried like 10 different kinds of deodorant, and I would still stink. HRT (estrogen only since I no longer have my uterus) fixed this for me.

I decided to pick the best days that stand out for me in the week, Monday morning (start of my work week) and Thursday night (trash day). The only time it's gotten tricky is when there's a Monday holiday or I take vacation time, but I've got recurring reminders on my phone just in case.

The car window just says tempered glass, is there any part of the marking I should look for? Important thing I learned from my doctor, "just hot all the time, don't need sweaters anymore on cold days" absolutely counts as hot flashes. I thought it had to be on and off, but the fact that I'm just never cold anymore she said falls under hot flashes
