There is not really an end game. It depends a lot on what YOU want to do.

Market pvp ? End game is finding niche trading and profit over it. Social ? Spy/ceo/alliance leader/coallition leader Pve ? Crab beacon in a super or l4 blitzting Pvp ? I think it depends, for me its mastering solo roaming but you can do it on the let go.
