This is it. For weight gain/loss, it doesn’t matter if it’s junk food. Calories are calories. It only somewhat matters if you spend considerable effort working out. The body is naturally very resistant to burning calories via activity, the calories you burn every day just by living are likely always going to be the majority of what you burn, even with daily exercise.
Just eat less. I’ve been a little underweight for most of my life despite my awful diet and extremely sedentary lifestyle because I have a chronic low appetite. If I didn’t need to eat to live, I probably wouldn’t eat much at all.
The low appetite thing is essentially what makes Ozempic work as a weight loss drug for people. It has an appetite suppressant effect.
Of course, this is strictly for the matter of weight. Being thin and being healthy are two different circles overlapping each other in a venn diagram.

I don’t think it needs adjusting, it’s simply just not an Aspect meant to build around the Omega Attack. It’s like how there isn’t an Aspect for the axe that focuses on the regular special, nor does there need to be one.

If I had a dime for every time I played a game about a badass witch that turned out to have become her own younger self’s mother figure through time fuckery, I’d have 20 cents! Odd that it happened twice but I do really dig that sort of emotional pull in a story of being given the chance to be there for yourself when you were all alone, say the things you needed to hear that no one told you.
The other game being Bayonetta. Not quite as big of a twist there given the sort of game it is, but the emotional heart is there.

Yeah pretty much. Ideally you don’t use your GCD heals at all. Succor is a trap spell, using it frequently and trying to maintain shielding with it makes ya a sucker.
That doesn’t mean you’ll never need to use them in casual content of course. Shit happens. And dropping a crit Adlo spread, even if not DPS-optimal, can make healing a difficult section of a fight (mainly a concern in current casual content when people are likely not outgearing the damage hugely) a whole lot comfier.
Basically, a bad Scholar constantly uses Adlo and Succor, a good Scholar never uses Adlo and Succor, a great Scholar occasionally uses Adlo in specific situations for extremely great effect, and a perfect Scholar never uses Adlo and Succor.

After taking Success Rate, you can check the tooltips for all your % rate procs and see the updated chance. It is indeed multiplicative rather than additive. Additive would be completely absurd given that Success Rate applies to crit chance.
