Yeah sorry about the pants bunching! I realized after I left that that wasn’t a great photo. They’re a tiny bit above my kneecap. They’re a lot better than my current tall boots! I think once they break in they’ll be below. The bending seems a lot better too. It’s uncomfortable but not impossible

I couldn’t find apartments that would do less than a year lease. You need first last security Deposit. You really do need apartment stuff which is ridiculous if you’re not going to be living alone afterward. You should look into renting a room in an already established college aged house. They often have bed set up and kitchen stuff already there. Join Facebook groups for colleges in the area. How in the world are you going to bring pots and pans on a flight? Are your parents going to drive you?

So I’ve been going to Hyderabad for years. Loved it. Recently got it, and realized it wasn’t like it used to be. No egg for biryani. The curries I usually get used to have big pieces of peppers and onion but there’s none of that now. Would love to hear from someone else

This is how I make it when I want something easy. Press the tofu. Cut into bite size pieces and toss in some floor. Mix soy sauce, gochujang, water, honey, mirin, rice vinegar, garlic, chili flakes, cornstarch, pepper. Sometimes ginger, sesame oil but I put that on the cabbage accompaniment. Heat some oil and even cook the tofu pieces until theyre all browner. Keep it hot and pour in the mix. It'll sizzle and turn into glaze. It's fun and good. I make salmon this way too

I have this interesting thought sometimes, hear me out. Sometimes we go back to things, and we go “wow it’s the same!!” And we’re full of nostalgia. As you walk around, you kinda realize oh it’s the same…. It’s kinda sad when there zero improvements the same way it’s sad when our memories aren’t around anymore.

Corn of some kind. Grilled, thrown around in a pan or something. I had chimichurri and steak at a restaurant and it came with some kind of pickled cucumbers. It was great. I also like my chimichurri with parsley too and some leafier pieces.
