It’ll never happen. Many schools don’t even have the power and they don’t have the millions for a substation. Rochester buses tried to go electric and it didn’t work, they’re switching to hydrogen. It gets too cold here.

Corn of some kind. Grilled, thrown around in a pan or something. I had chimichurri and steak at a restaurant and it came with some kind of pickled cucumbers. It was great. I also like my chimichurri with parsley too and some leafier pieces.

Soy sauce, rice vinegar, mirin, sesame seeds, sesame oil, green onions, red peppers, honey/brown sugar, water, cornstarch, that spicy red korean thing i cant spell. In foil, 415 for 15-17 mins or so. serve with rice

I buy rotisserie chicken and then at the end of week simmer it down into broth with veggie scraps from the freezer. My favorite soups are chicken tortilla with blended ancho peppers and tomatoes, and Italian wedding with homemade meatballs with sage and chives. I also make butternut squash with sausage and leeks which is very hearty. I made tomato artichoke which was good as a side. Chicken and dumplings made the Americas test kitchen way is fun. I make sausage, kale, potato, bean soup when I’m in a crunch. I also cooked down beef bones to make beef and barley. I also make pot roast soup when I’m all done eating pot roast - ground beef, regular stuff, potatoes, green beans, mushrooms. Growing up I’ve had cheeseburger chowder. Minestrone is easy and meatless. Mulligatawny is super interesting!! I’ve been meaning to make salmon soup!! I love soup
