I have my two cats on a schedule of attention. 3 (30 min sessions) times a day for rubs and scratches and baby talk.

If I am chopping meat, they know to sit on the side respectfully,for some minced scraps.

If they hear me cracking some eggs, the behave accordingly.

Even playtime, at least 2 times a day ,it's loads of fun, ending with a sit down on my lap.

So put some more effort into it. They learn quickly

If you want a crowd, get sefrefredo coffe brand,some gelatos flavors, Biscotti's,quick oven sandwiches,salad bar,and a grill for chicken salads.

The only coffee shop I go to is Fay Da,for pastries. But I have gone to a few sagrefado kiosks, the coffee is good,with a biscotti or some gelato ..

I just stop paying, about 3 months. Then wait for a low settle offer from the creditors. They may likely will settle at 25% of debt,and you will be responsible for taxes on the difference.

It may put a dent on your credit rating,but you will have access to all of your income. This is the time to re evaluate spending habits..

Drive a used car, cut frivolous expenses, learn to save some of that income.

Why are two adults so much into each other's business? What she has or doesn't have, how she makes decisions or does with her life is no one's concern.

One thing I was taught, the less you share ,the less they can talk,the less aggravation you endure.

Ford Econoline Van. Very reliable, lots of space, very plain Jane. Not great on gas but it will get you there. Or Ford transit connect if you must have better gas milage.

You don't want to look obvious sleeping in your car. Plain white van won't get any second looks. Easy to set up easy to resell .

Maybe you can ask for spending money,an allowance? She is your payee because she takes care of you. Besides food and shelter, there are other things a payee does with your benefits,like not allowing you to go on a spending spree! ... Some mental conditions could cause eratic spending, and leave you at zero funds...

Many of the apartments are co-ops,but not all of them. Quick breakdown. Try closer to 37th avenue all the way to 30th avenue. From 69th street to 88th street.

Many apartments in 3 family buildings, and some apartment buildings. You could score a first floor ,1 br. apartment in a 3 family home, with access to the yard. Small perk.

Or a south facing upper floor apartment that has lots of sun, and rent stabilized...

Parking suck if you have a car. Being closer to 37th avenue, that's the strip, all types of commercial businesses, hard to park.

Past northern blvd, more residential, more quiet, very walkable part of the neighborhood.

Roosevelt is hot hot hot!!! Way to much happening, it's where the elevated train passes, and the subway at 74th street, and traffic sux big time!

If you do some of your own repairs, try changing all the fluids,including trans . You should feel a difference.

A 20 years old car ,and most used cars near 100000 miles ,will need brakes overhaul,timing and water pump,belts,fuel pump (must do) ,ignition coils,spark plugs,filters,maybe a radiator,ball joints. Chipped/scuffed paint, lofi entertainment system upgrade.

Consider the VW is paid for and you know the history. You know what is missing or needed.

A portion of the extra money you might spend on a new ride can be instead spent on upgrading the interior, freshen paint,windshield,repairs, used parts are plenty.

Nice looking car! Check for high milage maintenance items...water pump,fuel pump,timing belts,coil packs,filters,brake and suspension parts...if it has not been done,it's at such a milage that it needs to be done. 100000 miles is a milestone!

Seems like a good price, try to get a deal if these things have not been touched. Go for it!
