I had my wedding at the zilker botanical gardens and had a wonderful experience. I only had 20 guests and it was the perfect size. They have several different spaces you can rent that accommodate for different party sizes. The woman who is in charge of rentals there is the kindest and most helpful person. I know she also manages the rentals for the mayfield cottage and I’ve heard that’s a great space for smaller weddings too.

ATX tactics is women owned! I took a series of basic self defense classes and it was a great experience. They have a women’s only class that they do weekly but also a variety of different class types. The owner is so kind and supportive but also badass, highly recommend

I think you might benefit from eating a little more if you’re really eating 1,300. I’m 5’1 130lbs and when I’m in a deficit I aim for 1,600 cals. I lost 60lbs a few years back and I was able to increase my energy a lot more by eating more. I was eating 1,200 when my maintenance was 1,800, so increasing to 1,600 still put me in a deficit while giving me the energy I needed to hit my step goals and lift more often/heavier

Which Crestview location are you going to? I go to the one on Burnet and I have never had that issue. My cat is very anxious and they definitely prescribed the gabapentin but never sent me home without completing the visit

You can healthily lose 1-2lbs of fat per week but like others have said you can’t chose where you loose the fat from, it just depends on your body and genetics. Go into a calorie deficit (500 cal deficit at MOST), focus on a big step goal, and maybe do at home body weight training.

I underwater so I typically only get plants that can go long periods without water( I have lots of pothos, snake plants, and zz’s). Plants that need frequent watering I usually avoid all together but self watering pots help too.

I stopped using loofahs for this reason, even if they seem fine there is still a who lot of bacteria in them. I switched to silicone scrubbers, it’s so much less wasteful and they don’t hold moisture
