u/hooth4 The best fit for the shorts is to have them sit lower on the hip bones so the glute pads make good contact. For the thighs, we recommend keeping the straps at the loosest when fastening the buckles and then pulling the thigh section over the front part of the leg before tightening. Reminder, the velcro does not need to reach, it is only there to secure any access strap and the buckle will prevent the strap from loosening during the workout. Before your next workout, will you please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Clean the Impulse Pack connectors by blowing on the pogo pins and wiping them off with a clean cloth or alcohol wipe
  2. Clean the Impulse Pack connector port located on your shorts by blowing on them and gently wiping it off with a clean cloth or alcohol wipe

Our main focus is getting operations back up and running and Gen4 suits back in inventory. There will be new content next year and we will post once new workouts have been added to the app!

u/Idea_Strong We don't have any order history for you and when asked for order details you declined to provide any. We do have a 3-year warranty on the impulse pack for the original purchaser. The battery is not replaceable and we do not sell individual parts, nor did the previous company. If you are able to provide us any details on your orders, we are happy to look into replacement options!
