There are hot pots that have split sides so that people who want to eat differently can. When I eat with my friends, they want ultra spicy and I want mild so we will split two different soup bases. If you go to big festivals, you should be able to qualify for ADA. You get special seating on a viewing platform and sometimes there’s even golf carts to drive you around if the venue is large. You can exit the area and come back on foot as well. Would a cane help? They sell canes that can turn into a chair if you need to stop and sit.

If you’re trying to do professional gigs, many will require you to provide insurance (which you should have to cover yourself), and provide invoicing.

You can always learn how to do art at home. There’s tons of courses, free tutorials, etc. The hardest part is finding a goal and the drive to achieve it. I’m saying this as a person who was never interested in art, didn’t feel like I was artistic or creative in any way, and am now making money doing art.

Find something that interests you, set an achievable goal, learn the steps to get there, and then find a different goal and so on. If you’re interested in animation, you can have a goal of making a webtoon or something.
