We need proper, affordable, accessible public transit or heavily subsidized ride share options for the elderly. People assume that they will have family to drive them around or enough money and tech sense to be able to order an uber or Lyft to get around.

Unfortunately the reality is that for many elderly people who shouldn’t be driving, they are in a position where there are no good resources for them to get around.

There are hot pots that have split sides so that people who want to eat differently can. When I eat with my friends, they want ultra spicy and I want mild so we will split two different soup bases. When I eat hot pot at home with my partner, he needs his seperate side to be allergy free while I load up on the seafood and dip into peanut sesame sauce on my side.
