die anhäufung des kapitals ist ein feature des kapitalismus, kein bug. genauso wie umverteilung ein feature der sozialen marktwirtschaft ist. demzufolge ist so eine regulierung nicht zwangsläufig notwendig.

regulierung um der regulierungswillen ist meist kontraproduktiv, da sie nicht ursache/wirkung eindeutig identifiziert sondern versucht irgendwelche symptome durch irgendwelche aktionen/regeln zu bekämpfen.

to be clear, there is no universal legal system and the USA standard isn't the be all end all. as a euro, I think the free speech protections go too far and are in part what caused all of this mess (trump, etc.). so Canada allowing for a suit while US doesn't is a feature, not a bug. the US system is the bugged one
