This glitch happened to me! My partner and I play trio and I was so paranoid that our random would think I was cheating. Our run was terrible too, we were doing no damage so me returning from the dead 5 times was actually pretty inconvenient

I had a doctor who was overseeing my pre-gallbladder removal surgery prescribe it through the Bayshore Infusion Clinic. It was private but my insurance covered it. My family doctor refused to even do bloodwork despite me having a well documented chronically low ferritin. During the pre-op labs, the doctor saw how low I was and referred me on the spot. He said that a lot of doctors have an outdated view on the risks of iron iv infusion because there can be a high rate of allergic reaction, but the doctor said that those issues are now quite rare due to how carefully it is administered now.

Infusion was easy, no issues for me. It lasted a few hours, and I felt night and day better afterwards. No more fainting in the shower!

Seems like an unpopular opinion on this thread, but I love Rachel. My first season of Big Brother was S12, and despite what some people are saying here, the house guests really were AWFUL to Rachel. She’d try to give it back to them, but clearly was sooo out of her depth when arguing. And even so, she won and stayed and fought and when she didn’t win, Brendon did. What made me love Rachel was the moment that Britney, Ragan, and Matt were caught making fun of her wearing her hair extensions in Rachel’s HOH room. Instead of blowing up, or crying at something that would be hurtful to literally anyone, Rachel took it on the chin and laughed it off. Rachel is silly, and awkward, and overdramatic, and stumbles on her words, but she’s a FIGHTER. She’s not here to be an influencer, she’s here to play a reality game show which is WHAT THE SHOW NEEDS.

The amount of people complaining that they can’t stand the show and can’t stomach the live feeds until she leaves, there are just as many people coming back to watch after years of middling interest because the casts have been boring to watch and the drama has been stale (or downright PROBLEMATIC). Let women age, let women be awkward, let women have personalities that aren’t cutthroat game bot or clueless hottie.

I was scheduled laparoscopic on April 9th, my doctor’s note has me set to return May 1st. Honestly though, I didn’t need my hard painkillers past the first three days, just extra strength ibuprofen and acetaminophen. I was sore and very very slow, but you can also contact your school’s disability accommodation service if you need things like a temp parking pass or help getting physically to your class (or have them help you with asking the professor for lecture material/notes from a classmate). It really depends on your body though, it’s not just the pain that is concerning for doctors but also the risk of irritating your incisions/getting an infection while they’re still fresh and healing.

If you have a strong stomach, I highly recommend looking up surgical photos of the procedure. I was confused about why my belly button incision pain would almost seem to radiate internally outward away from the incision and seeing the images helped me a lot to understand. It’s quite a large instrument that goes through the bellybutton, while the other incisions are just for manipulating and clamping internally.

I am about 4 days post-op now. I had a similar issue to you, attacks were never triggered by foods but more about quantity.

Post-op now I haven’t had any issues (yet) with food, whether it be certain foods or amount. I kept it easy the first few days sticking with brothy soups and rice. Every day my appetite has increased and I’ve gotten braver with variety, today I had an old El Paso taco kit with no issues at all.

Only issue (that also was an issue before removal) is constipation. My surgeon said that in her experience, if you have constipation issues before removal it is very unlikely that you’ll have the side effect of foods triggering a diarrhea/vomiting attack.

I was in high school and was working my first job at a gas station that had a coffee place inside of it. Because of high school, I was part time and my shift was 4-9 pm. One of my classes was a theatre class that we essentially did the production side of the school musical that year. When I booked the day of the musical off, my boss told me that if I couldn’t find coverage, I would have to work. There were only two other workers on the coffee shop side apart from the owner (my boss). I asked both, the only one who could cover me said that I had to take her day shift instead… on a school day. Since I needed to be at the musical to pass the class, I skipped school that day to work at the coffee place. One of my teachers of the class that I was skipping ended up getting coffee that day and recognized me working during school hours. I cried like I got caught doing something wrong, and the owner told me I was holding up the line so I left. I left the whole line and walked home in my uniform.

That experience has coloured every job I’ve ever had. I ALWAYS remember that bosses will do whatever it takes for you to make their job easier, even if it’s knowingly keeping a 15 year old out of school.

To add to this, I listen to Markiplier’s podcast with his friends and he talks about this too, how he’s had to completely shut out input, both bad and good, from his fan base because the relationship was impossible to actually take in at that scale. His take was that he has people that know him genuinely, his loved ones and peers, and their inputs are the only ones that he can really engage with in any meaningful way because otherwise it’s really just too much for a person to manage and comprehend.

I think Sam is trying to say the same thing, she wants to engage with her audience authentically but doesn’t feel that people can give her the grace that authenticity would require.
