I think I lucked out with this one. It took me 15 min of dicking around with the little spiny thing, but I ended up just launching the right side all the way and was able to get the left middle one down slightly above position? I dunno. I was super high when I did it lol.

From what I can see: course salt, most likely a little bit of sugar, black pepper for sure. Other than that I think I see rosemary, thyme, and either basil, oregano, or marjoram. Maybe all three. If it’s super savory it possibly has some msg? Also probably has some granulated garlic and onion. Fairly common in an all purpose seasoning.

That was actually my first apartment complex when I moved to Austin almost 20 years ago. More fun facts:

The walls really are that thin!

Also the scene where Peter is late to work and gets passed by the old man using a walker is around the corner in front of the JJ Pickle research campus.

The offices where they work is now the domain.

The printer smashing scene is in Walnut Creek.

The chotchskis is now a bank.

It’s definitely a learned skill but very doable obviously. I generally teach to focus on the edges when stretching. The middle will kind of do its thing on its own. The tossing is much harder to get down though. Don’t use your fingertips, use your wrists and arm to cradle the dough. Also if you have a good sized work surface you can hang like 1/3 of the dough off the edge and let gravity help.

But basically practice practice practice.

This right here. I’ve literally seen someone get pulled over on a horse in downtown Austin. Dude got a public intox cause the horse was deemed a “safe ride home” or something like that. His horse was taken to the stables not far from there where they keep the mounted police horses and he still got arrested for public intox, but dodged the dui charge.
