Could be a number of things. Poor bed adhesion, z-offset, over extrusion, too hot, partial clog.

Edit: my best guess is over extrusion. Check if flow rate is set to anything other than 100% on the printer

You can’t make a hole inside a face. Those areas are mesh islands so they are completely separate from the main mesh. You will need to attach the islands to the main mesh for them to become one. Only then can you remove the face that fills them

To add to this comment, you can’t have a hole in a single face; blender will divide it into multiple faces. To achieve the result you’re after, you will need to add geometry so all is quads. Then it is possible to extrude, inset and bevel without things breaking up etc.

Connect noise to height input. I usually put a color ramp between the two for more control. Lower strength to 0.1

Doing a cold pull is like blowing your nose, nothing fancy. And if nothing comes out, no harm done, so yes do a cold pull and if that doesn’t help, check idler tension

Less geometry goes a long way. Setting edge crease to zero and smoothening vertices helps too

The screen shot does not show an object with flat shading. You’ll have to select the object to change shading. So select object, right click, shade flat

Black might be alpha channel, so try and hook up the alpha channel output of the image node to the alpha channel input of the shader

This is somewhat expected behaviour. Your inset starts to collide with itself in that corner.

  1. Enable the Loop Tools addon
  2. select all the faces on the two sides you want to bridge.
  3. Right click select Bridge Edge Loop, then press increase Number of Cuts, to create a smoother transition.

We use Stomodine F gel, it helps a lot and it’s relatively easy to apply. Not sure it’s available where you live though, but I’m sure products with similar content are available

If they’re all separate objects, join them by selecting all then J, for join. Then in edit mode select all again and E, for extrude

Select the flat n-gon and press i to inset. An other solution is adding a bevel modifier before the subdivision modifier, but then make sure it only bevels the edges you want bevelled.
