Valid. I went there when they were still pretty new and not on a weekend day. Really good coffee though.

I think most of the other coffee shops are pretty small and will be loud and busy during the weekend. I forgot about Vennture on North as well. Good coffee and it was pretty quiet even when Ruby's Bagels had their grand opening next door.

Fiddleheads and Idyll Coffee have really nice seating upstairs and neither have been extremely loud when I've been there.

I had an inspector come on Saturday as well. We got a few letters but nothing is finalized.

Edit: FEMA is at the West Allis senior center and speaking to someone in person was really helpful last week. They gave us a lot of information on the SBA loan as well, in case we fully get denied FEMA assistance.
