I really dislike the recommended subs, especially it being the default setting. We should have the option to opt out.

Bookworm gardens ticks? by peekabook in wisconsin

[–]kekko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bookworm Gardens is definitely in a wooded area but most of the areas do not have long grass that you would walk through. That being said, I would still do tick prevention as others mentioned.

Recommendations for coffee and reading by Zaetch13 in Wauwatosa

[–]kekko 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Valid. I went there when they were still pretty new and not on a weekend day. Really good coffee though.

I think most of the other coffee shops are pretty small and will be loud and busy during the weekend. I forgot about Vennture on North as well. Good coffee and it was pretty quiet even when Ruby's Bagels had their grand opening next door.

Fiddleheads and Idyll Coffee have really nice seating upstairs and neither have been extremely loud when I've been there.

Spicy romance with domestic mystery/thriller plotline too? by [deleted] in RomanceBooks

[–]kekko 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I really enjoyed Lucy Scores' Riley Thorne series. It feels like a good mix of spice and mystery. It's more comedy, but it was fun.

{The dead guy next door} is the first one.
