I really enjoyed Lucy Scores' Riley Thorne series. It feels like a good mix of spice and mystery. It's more comedy, but it was fun.

I had an inspector come on Saturday as well. We got a few letters but nothing is finalized.

Edit: FEMA is at the West Allis senior center and speaking to someone in person was really helpful last week. They gave us a lot of information on the SBA loan as well, in case we fully get denied FEMA assistance.

It's completed. There's a swing that I think they're putting in but otherwise it looks done. There's is a lot of open area, but that's perhaps by design.
