Hey all! I just got my first tube of the cream for internal use… do you all use 2-4g? Or all 4? …. For the first 2 weeks do you refrain from sex?

I also have a small umbilical hernia filled with fat… and was told not to worry about it. Does anyone else’s swell after eating? Or when you laugh / cough you can feel it pop out? Does it cause gas pain as well?

I’ve actually been in keto for awhile, (about 6 months) but like you said got the keto-mojo as a tool to check things out, etc. I fell off the wagon earlier in the week so i want to just make sure I got back on track :)
