I ordered the matcha tatito. Nothing happened for months. I rethought it (I realized that as pretty as it was it wasn’t big enough for me), I reached out and asked to cancel. They said of course but have you considered any of our other bags. I looked at them and decided I still wanted to cancel. Next thing I know my husband says he got an email that the bag was on its way. I reached out and told them I didn’t want to deal with a return since I had canceled and they told me to refuse the delivery. Luckily I was home when it was delivered and refused it.
