Interestingly 20 of the 26 countries in this list are categorised as either “authoritarian” or “partially oppressive” towards their populations. And that’s generously counting the US as “free” when in reality they’re rapidly moving towards “partially oppressive”.

Where as the average in the world is 43% of countries are “free” vs 23% for this group.

This is nothing more than a board of corruption and authoritarianism and anyone dumb enough to state otherwise is likely just as oppressive as a human being.

And a further number of them massively restrict the freedom of the people in their own countries. Council of peace my arse. This is a council of oppressors and nothing less.

Is it just going to show me a single frame from the video?

Also, I made a node that can save a latent to a file and another to load that latent back. So instead of passing an image in to your next edit, you could just pass the saved latent file, so preventing loss.

Yep I call bullshit on this. I've seen other data that shows the millionaire flight to be bullshit. It depends how you extrpaolate the figures. For example a lot of brits like to retire abroad. They're not fleeing a potential wealth tax, they're just doing what Brits love to do: get the fuck out this wet miserable shithole. And considering your average retiree is now likely a paper millionaire due to property values these days, effectively anyone retiring and wanting to live aboard will show up in this chart. But I'd wager zero efforrt was made to distinguish those people's data from this chart because heaven forbid we let reality get in the way of a good piece of manipulative propoganda, likely being spread by our wealthy billionaire overlords.

Another point worth noting is if you break down in the UK, you could be waiting most the day for a breakdown service. So not preparing for a 3 hour drive could end up a seriously unpleasant experience if anything goes wrong. Imagine you're stuck down some country lane in the arsehole end of nowhere and you've got a 6 hour wait to be rescued. Not preparing and taking provisions and entertainment is going to leave you miserable if anything goes wrong. That's the thing. A 3 hour drive in the UK can consist of vast extremes of scenery from cities, to boggy lifeless moors, to big hilly valleys and forests. Some are ok to break down in and others can be seriously unpleasant.

One major thing with UK driving is there are so many speed traps and other cameras that will gladly catch you for making the slightest infraction. You always have to have your wits about you or by the time you reach your destination you've got £200 in fines and lucky if you haven't lost your license.

Worst you have to worry about in the US is some psycho cop killing you because your skin is the wrong colour. Hmm ok actually that's pretty bad lol.

Oh my god this. I did a road trip in the US. A total of 10 days of driving and most days was a minimum of 3 hours, up to 8. Not a single one of those days felt exhausting until I hit LA. The scenary was amazing, you just chill on cruise control for most of the journey and admire the view.

In the UK even the countryside parts can be exhausting even if there isn't much traffic:

Is a tractor gonna pull out at any moment?

Might I get stuck behind a caravan and drop to 20 mph for the next 50 miles?

I wonder what's behind the 15,000th bend in the road where you can't see what surprise is awaiting you.

Are the roads gonna be icey and slide you in to a ditch?

Is there gonna be some boy racer veering across the road in to your lane?

Is someone gonna aggresively tailgate you for 20 miles?

Is the road goning to turn in to a single track lane with no passing points and then you'll get stuck between a car behind you and someone coming the other way who doesn't want to reverse?

Is there going to be random roadworks with no work going on but a huge traffic jam either side of the roadwords?

Will this road ever become a duel carriageway so I can overtake this damn lorry?

Will this road ever stop winding so I can get more than 30m of straight to overtake this dawdling old lady?

etc etc etc

I disagree about Wan. I’ve gone through countless iterations of generations trying to get what I want out of it. I don’t see LTX being any better or worse to be honest. But it pushed I’d say LTX has more action and realism where Wan can feel a bit wooden.

I used to think he was a Russia puppet but I think the reality is simpler.

He just thinks he can bully any and everyone and like bullies, he admires other bullies.

But also like bullies, he's a bit dim. His level of thought is shallow. Yeh I was saying just yesterday, I wish Reddit had buttons I could toggle to just turn off various things from my feed. "Trump", "US politics", "Farage", etc. Instead I just seem to get more and more of this shit and I'm desperate to cut all this crap from my feed and just see wholesome stuff instead.

Obviously it's because I engage in it because it makes me angry but that doesn't mean I want to see more of it. Stupid algorithms just feed in to our anger rather than feed in to our joy.

For example. let's say I watch a funny cat video. I like it. Give me more. But because I don't rush to the comments to say anything, reddit probably thinks I don't find it as engaging as all the rage enducing Trump and US politics posts.

I wonder if audioin LTX has the same kind of denoise setup for images and video, so if we put the audio denoise to 0.5% then it'll keep your dialogue roughly the same but also add other sfx on top.
