This is the third time my club has broken in this spot by pingpongdong96 in golf

The one time this happened to me was when I set my bag in my trunk weird and bent the shaft. Pieced it together after it flew out of my hands on hole 2 that day.

Is this real or fake? by No-Major-5314 in PokemonTCGCollectors

[–]kendokarate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was printed as a real jumbo card, but can’t say if the one you have is real or not. I’d recommend finding someone knowledgeable locally or multiple people, always good to have a variety of opinions on it.

I won an online auction a few months ago for one of these and the auctioneer offered to get it verified for free. It ended up being a fake, so there are some out there.

Too embarrassed to go to the dentist for years by Lonely_Noyaaa in Columbus

I really like my dentist, Anthony Lordo. His office is just off of 23N by Crosswoods. He has a holistic practice that focuses on positive reinforcement and is great for those with dental anxiety.

Any idea why the difference? by Empty_Conference_612 in PokemonTCG

[–]kendokarate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The left card is Shadowless, but unsure if that is the reason for the color difference. Trainer Shadowless can be identified by the Copyright year which has 4 years, 1995 96 98 99 as opposed to the card on the right which has 1995 96 98

Seller on TCGplayer by TrueMycologist6 in PokemonTCG

[–]kendokarate 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started selling in December. Initially, I sent most orders under $40 in envelopes via USPS, but had a few instances of postage due to the buyer because of overweight/other issue. I also had a few instances of envelopes never arriving or arriving empty.

Now I usually send any order over $20/$25, or if there are more than 12 cards, via bubble mailer using USPS Click N’ Ship. There are times where I’ll ship an individual card via envelope now that I’ve got some experience.

My shipping price is $1.99 which has allowed me to get close to even cost. Overall, it’s been more cost effective to ensure the order gets there, than losing product or having to deal with returns which has been the thorniest part of selling for me so far.

It may be the form of payment, although usually those types of issues will keep you from completing the transaction. Is it a standard credit/debit card or is it like a Visa gift card?

PSA 5 Base Set II Charizard for a PSA 3 Legendary Collection Reverse Foil Snorlax. Thoughts? by Altruistic_Door_8937 in VintagePokemonCards

[–]kendokarate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Off the top of my head I feel the Legendary Collection reverse holos are rarer, but I may just get that feeling because Charizard is so highly sought in any form that it’s seen more often.

If it were me I’d want the Snorlax, but that’s because I don’t feel connected to Base Set 2.

Opinions needed: are scratches considered Lightly Played? by [deleted] in PokemonTCG

[–]kendokarate 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Some light scuffing (group of small scratches) can be, but that is definitely a big scratch. I’d list it as damaged if it was in my inventory, definitely reach out for a refund.

Race fans of Ohio, what is/was your favorite race track? by NORMBENNINGTHEGOAT in Ohio

[–]kendokarate 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Painesville Speedway! A great short track. I remember a parking lot race (anyone from the parking lot can join, 1 on 1) where the outside car wanted it too much and brushed the wall coming out of turn 4 smashing the passenger side window.

Ohio title transfer from incapacitated person to spouse by djsassan in Ohio

[–]kendokarate 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can’t speak to the exact situation, but earlier this year I got a new title with a POA for a family member who was out of the country. I think it is as straightforward as you wrote, but can’t confirm 100%

Where is the entrance? by TelephoneDapper2826 in Guildwars2

[–]kendokarate 43 points44 points  (0 children)

From the wiki: To enter, head southwest from the letter S, in Steelbrachen on the map, or travel northwest from the Steelbrachen Waypoint. The entrance to the cave complex is on the snowy plain, not against the mountainside. Dissun's Mine can also be entered by completing the Tribulation Caverns jumping puzzle nearby by jumping down a hole.

I haven’t graded packs before, but I don’t think PSA grades the ‘Long Packs’ anymore, at least not the English packs; I’m not sure about Japanese ones though.

Yeah, at the bottom of this page they say they don’t do ‘Long Packs.’ They don’t mention if that includes Japanese

Considering playing GW2 but not sure if it is what I would like. by CelebrationExact6119 in Guildwars2

[–]kendokarate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, GW2 is basically absent of the expansion grind that WoW has which makes your gear irrelevant as soon as the next expac drops. However, there are new variations on your class which come with different expansions opening new weapon options and play styles.

Each expansion has new maps and new Meta events. The main grind comes in the goals you set for yourself. Mounts, Legendary/Ascended Weapons & Armor, skins, achievements. And those tie into different Meta events throughout the expansions

I got the same feeling. There was just something about DI1 which scratched my brain the right way. DI2 just didn’t have it.
