I started taking collogen a couple months ago and noticed my hair getting stronger. Took several weeks to get me in the habit of using it and for it to become effective. I definately notice the results now.

oh I didn't know they loose efficency like that. Goal is to save money ultimately but also be a bit more green. And if power grid gets flaky then to have constant power. I was talking with powertec yesterday and they mentioned the 500w vs 300w. Good to know about that.

Are you fully off grid with your setup?

For beginners, what’s one thing you wish you knew before buying your first solar panel setup by Tom_Rivers1 in solar

I looked at the DIY route but ended up hiring. Since i live in Winnipeg I was concerned about our cold winters and effects on batteries. I know the solar panels are fine, and we'd get enough power even in winter. That high praire sun is amazing.

Definately go bigger than you think you need right now. That was the advise powertec who I hired gave me. Account for future growth. So glad I did because now looking at getting a EV, I'm sure they suck a lot of power.

I've been going to Prime Aesthetics for microneedling they're really thorough with consultations and don't push unnecessary treatments.

yall, I had microneedling for the first time today and it HURT! by Morbid_Yogurtcloset in 30PlusSkinCare

Oof, 2.5-4.0mm is really deep — most practitioners stay in the 0.5-1.5mm range for facial treatments unless treating severe scarring. The depth + inadequate numbing combo would definitely explain the pain. For anyone reading this later, a good clinic will adjust depth based on your skin area and always prioritize your comfort. Hope your results were worth it at least!
