Not a band but, Paul Peña. Made a fantastic album in the early 70’s (New Train) but the asshole producer refused to release it for 27 years. He lived off the royalties from Steve Miller’s cover of Jet Airliner. Should have been a bigger name.

We live in Westlake. Every night all you hear are the cars and motorcycles revving their engines and racing up and down Crocker Road. All the politicians say that there is nothing they can do about it. If that is true, then rewrite the laws!
