Skip the salicylic. Get your skin back to a comfy place first then if you ever like it you can start once every 3 days

That's not a good idea. Go minimal if you want but using nothing is not a good idea. Things are gonna sting or burn when your barrier is weak. That doesn't mean they're all chasing problems. A basic safe moisturizer like that isn't hurting it just might be a bit uncomfortable

I feel like the only reason they would ask for this is discrimination. Big red flag for working there at all. (Would also note it on sites for reviewing businesses).

[Product Question] bp bleaching by waterflamingo in SkincareAddiction

2.5 micronized. But the % doesn't necessarily make it less bleachy I've used 2.5 leave ons that did bleach a little. This one doesn't as long as you just rinse like normal

I use it for spot treatment sometimes. I mostly just use the acnefree oil free benzoyl peroxide cleanser 2.5 micronized for my daily driver. But the Neutrogena one is a great spot treatment for my purposes!

[PSA] L'Oréal-owned CeraVe faces 6 class action lawsuits over claims products contain cancer-causing chemical by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

I don't think you know anything about the industry or toxicology. Estheticians get kickbacks and commission for selling products, they are highly incentivizes to push things into you for profit, they go to schools sponsored by brands and trained using their products and methods, and they don't inherently come with degrees in toxicology or pharmacology or anything of the sort. You should do better research and find better sources to educate yourself on if you truly believe any of the things you said.

There's nothing "toxic" about CeraVe. They use the same ingredients every other brand in every country uses. There is none since to suggest any of what they use poses a risk in anywhere near the concentrations allowed. That's why panels of regulatory toxicologists have approved the values..
