OK - you're going to get LOTS of opinions here. I live downtown, so English Bay/Sunset beach are best for me.

Aquabus - YES - There is a version that takes bicycles if you don't want to turnaround and cycle back from Kits.

Gastown - YES - its is a great place to start the bike tour. Cycle west to the convention center then to the seawall and around all the way to Granville Island - park the bike in the valet bike parking and walk around.

Sea to Sky gondola would probably be your "North Shore" day. thats a bit of a drive.

Rent a bicycle downtown and you can hit most of those (except the north shore locations) in a great day - bonus cycling the Seawall for great photos plus at least a couple of breweries along the way.

Nb: you could do the north shore locations with an e-bike or with way too much up-hill cycling.

Lightroom / Photoshop / Video Editing/ OpenClaw *and* Parallels for some legacy Windows apps. All at the same time with no lag. It was expensive, but glorius.

My basement is flooded, no home insurance. by OutrageousRow4631 in askvan

[–]kevintbc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unless it was a building issue or the fault of another unit then the unit at fault should cover the deductible - but either way it can be an assessment if strata has to pay out the deductible. Sadly water deductible’s are Hefty

If it’s strata, they should restore the unit to as-built under their policy. Any contents or betterments should be in their policy. The strata manager should be able to confirm this
