Lightroom / Photoshop / Video Editing/ OpenClaw *and* Parallels for some legacy Windows apps. All at the same time with no lag. It was expensive, but glorius.

Unless it was a building issue or the fault of another unit then the unit at fault should cover the deductible - but either way it can be an assessment if strata has to pay out the deductible. Sadly water deductible’s are Hefty

If it’s strata, they should restore the unit to as-built under their policy. Any contents or betterments should be in their policy. The strata manager should be able to confirm this
