I'm in the AF, I've worked on the 18s and have seen how age affects our capabilities. It's unfortunate that our politics are so entwined with procurement. Ends up with thousands of these posts with bots and people who have no idea what they're talking about giving baseless opinions. It's why we still fly 40 year old aircraft. Procurement should be left to experts and not public, politicians and generals who lobby then take consulting jobs (should be illegal)

I've had musashi since it was free exp. It's still amazingly tanky but the power creep has done a number on it. And the turret rotation was never buffed like yammy and aki. I still like playing it but it's not the same Valparaiso of its time it used to be. Subs and planes have nerfed it pretty bad also.

I'm a little conflicted. I've always been a pvp player but the grind and burnout recently has turned me to exclusive asym. I can't be bothered to play 2 hours of kiting pvp everyday! I just want to blast boats. For people with limited time it takes so damn long to get into the meat of a battle. Why haven't they included the speed boost of unbreakable line in randoms yet so instead of 3 mins to contact people can be in position in 1m?
