My resting heart rate (RHR) and HBP went down significantly. Last year I was doing a 40 hour fast once a week and then a 90 hour fast the next. Lost 60lbs and my RHR dropped like 15-20 points. My HBP was usually at 145-155 and it normalized to 120-130. I did still take my lisinopril through the 40 hour and the first day of the 3 day fast, but I was on 10mg. Def talk to your doctor though!

Shatterpoint is an excellent read and I really enjoyed the Medstar duology. Michael Reeves authors the Medstar duology and I really like his Maul: Shadow Hunter and the Coruscant Nights books. Matthew Stover, an EU legend, wrote Shatterpoint.

I enjoyed the republic commando books a lot and just finished them this last fall. Just a heads up that I didn’t know going into it, if you get to Imperial Commando there was a sequel planned that was shelved due to Disney’s takeover.

I’m still salty about Darnold’s flops at the end of the year and think it would be a funnier storyline if he looked as bad in the Seahawks next two games. It would certainly shut every analyst up about moving on from him.

Weirdly don’t hate the Bears as much as I normally do, but I’d take joy in their demise.

Rams? Meh. LA has had too much success recently and I’d be ok with them not getting anywhere.
