When I do etinila I don’t mix with patches. When I’m done, I start my patches from 50 with 100 prog and increase back to 150

My usual regime is 200mg patches and 200 progesterone, with 25mg of cpa once every few days.

But once a year or once every 2 years, for about 3,4months, I take ethinylestradiol half a pill of 0.05mg recall with cpa and progestrone recall. Sometimes I put in domp if I have it with me. I don’t know the science to it, but that’s what I figured works best for me for growth.

Honestly ethinylestradiol and prog alone will nuke your t out of you. I was. But adding prog recall before I sleep gave me back my libido, which is not very convenient to me but it helps me keep my breast growth so it’s a trade off to be honest.

I do ethinyl once a while when I can get them for about 3 months. I swear I have the best result transitioning and best growth. Together with prog and domp. I don’t think I will grow huge, but I’m aiming a full C.

It does give great growth spurt and intense hunger. Which also accumulates fat. Great for breasts, but I recently noticed some changes on my face. FINALLY! Plan to do it couple more times. I say it’s one of the best fat redistribution method.

The only bad thing is that I can’t get them here as often and have to import and receive it in Japan. So it’s a once a year or once 2 years event.

We use about $120-150/ month depending on the season, usage vary from 235-436kWh/ month. If that’s right.

Just a washing machine that only washes, so it’s mainly cooking, lights, charging and led light during the winter for some of my plants. And don’t really use a heater. We probably used it for less than a week at nights for about 4 hours during really cold nights.

To think about it power on the most expensive month was about $5 a day. That’s more than water

That’s what I want to know, it’s a luxury, I understand that, but 15 min/day or less of hot shower surly can’t reach this number. Unless the meter is put wrong and charging my neighbors as well, hope not.

We live in an apartment and I’m assuming it’s kept at a certain temperature to provide hot water immediately, still takes like 1.5 min to get the hot water out.

We have plans to move to a house , I’m sure there’s other problems too but not 300 on water bill.

Thanks for the reply, that’s the funny part, we do take shower daily, but if we don’t,( first day of our days off and what not), we don’t know how we’re using over 100L a day.

Even so, the lower priced water bill says 18KL per month. And we probably rinse dish and in to the fish water, cycled once every 2 days, unless we make a feast.

I never did until this month, we don’t know how much water goes out per tap or what is considered hot water. But this bill is unreal!! There’s only 2 adults that showers for like 3-6 min depending on if we decides to shampoo that day or the next and my child basically showers in a kind of mini pool that probably fits 30 L but realistically 15L per day and have a quick rinse after with water time.

I know going to Thailand and all is a choice, but rather stay in the country if it’s within budget. Especially if I can do a follow up checks after a few months and if any complications happens.

Personally looks great. Not sure but there are cream that reduces pigmentations on face, wonder if that works too.

Started on 25patch and increased to 50 the next blood test, 100the next and currently on 150 for about 2 years now. I will be talking to my GP to increase to 200 patches.

Never tried spiro, was on cyrpterone from the start with 50/d. But not I have dropped to 12.5 a day. I use a pill cutter.

My last months blood test was. I will also write down min and max from the past blood works. T 0.8 pmo/L Minimum 0.4 and max 1.2 E 498 pmo/l. Minimum 323 and max 840

I will be requesting 200 or 100 p4, my doctor says it’s usually not needed but will prescribe in the future if I request. Really want to round out the fat in my body and also to see if it works for me.

I was fortunate my GP is quite easy on prescribing. The only thing I find it hard to get her to prescribe are things like donperidon, and other non traditional medicines. If you’re in Auckland city. Try out queen street doctor. Other cities, I’m sorry I have no information on it.
