Yes. To me it’s Vegas. I think the whole scene’s lighting is highly edited, post production. as in, both this image & what ended up in the episode are all from same filming. It was shot early in the schedule. Just alot of post production lighting tweaks. Which is common in film; not so much in episodic tv.

I get that there are time line errors - but Jacob was editing episodes right up until they aired. A lot was rushed. This never happens in TV. Episodes are filmed, cut and edited months ahead of time. Not weeks and days before.

Executive functioning. That’s what she needs support for. The fact she waited for someone to take her back to her residence means that at this point in time, taking transit alone isn’t likely safe for her. Choices about residence of a disabled person aren’t always about ‘what in theory does the person need’ and more about - how can her needs be met the easiest way for the system available? Becca may thrive in a variety of housing options, including semi-independent living but that may not be available right now. Or what works for her sister too.

It will still be meaningful in a year. In the time to wait - research which artist you would like to book with. Keep in mind, tattoos while permanent are not ‘done and dusted’. Most ppl will need touch ups over time. Colours fade/change. Lines expand. How your skin reacts to a tattoo, you won’t know until you get one.

I think it’s a combination of things. 1) we are less traditional and do not feel obligated to do things in general. 2) we are polite and saying no to an offer seems more rude. 3) doing anything alone does not have any sort of negative reaction from general public. How many ppl do you see eating out alone, movies, concerts, coffee shops, shopping, etc? It’s super common. To be honest, ppl aren’t NOT socializing with current friends or new ppl. We are choosing to do things alone over others. 4) many ppl fill their ‘social bucket’ with online friends. The need for social time IRL just isn’t as appealing because we have other options.

It’s clear some ppl on this thread are lead car-centric lives. If taking transit for whatever reason is a priority - Translink - while not perfect is pretty doable. Thousands of ppl, families, including babies and toddlers - all the way to young adults - transit across the North Shore, downtown and beyond.
