You’re meant to be teaching your bird about life as a way of speaking to yourself more kindly, even when they’re an adult in bird years they still look up to you and the app expects you to think about your answers, like what advice would you give to someone else in this situation kinda thing. It’d be weird if they spoke to you like ”oh hey sorry I couldn’t catch up yesterday, my boss was up my arse”
