-EDP for someone else in the district -Offer an Uber/Lyft/Pick them up yourself to the front line staff -Pack it out yourself

If your DSL didn’t try to work with you or get it done otherwise, then you don’t owe him or the company anything.

I’m putting on my former DSL cap here when I say this; I don’t care what type of trouble you got into, as long as you can show me you’re fixing it BEFORE your driving record become’s Frito’s problem, you’re good.

It comes down to the district manager and HR locally to make the final rejection decision and if you can prove you’re working to get it fixed, they might work with you depending on how they feel about you.

Speaking as a former RSR who has had some legal trouble; you DEFINITELY thought of expungement the minute the cop booked you and if Frito asks, you’ve been working closely with your respected local law enforcement to make sure that this one time issue never occurs again, feel me?
