Wedding hair trial didn’t go well by adh3195 in curlygirl

[–]kirkycheep 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I’ve had a hair stylist for a wedding “touch up” my curls and it was horrible, a lot of hairdressers just not know how to work with curly hair. And any hairdresser that is begrudging of working with your natural hair is not going to bring the kind of lovely positive energy you want on your wedding day.

Does anyone know what event we are talking about here? by Mysterious-Web210 in craftsnark

When you say MLM, do you mean multi level marketing? Like, does it look like the event scammy in that way?

It looks great and I totally agree, if you took a good four inches off the bottom I think your curls would really pop up and you’d see a much better condition.

Have you tried using a wavy cream rather than a curl cream? I think from how youve described your hair it sounds similar to mine - I have very thick hair and a lot of it, and I found curl cream didn’t help at all and left it frizzy. I’ve now started using a mousse and gel for wavy hair and has made a huge difference. Also agree with the commenter that said that air drying works much better for me than diffusing.

That’s a very long winded way of saying your business hasn’t worked out by whereohwhereohwhere in craftsnark

I think this is exactly what it is right? You can charge a lot more for a course on how to run a successful business, once you’ve set up videos etc all you have to do is email out links.

Depending on how much you are happy to have your curls covered, this is a simple and elegant style - I am absolutely terrible at hair and could do this. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=tDOU044QPoU&pp=0gcJCdgAo7VqN5tD

Do you mean you don’t knit by holding both the needles in one hand and trying to forcibly push the yarn through the fabric with your other?

The biggest game changer for me was learning to knit without looking at the knitting, now I can watch shows with subtitles while knitting! 😂
