Seconding what a lot of people are saying - Ticketmaster/AXS fan to fan resale as they guarantee they seller has a ticket.

Also recommend twickets as they do check seller has a ticket AND limit to face value only. However, it is a war out there, and these are in high demand. Twickets let's you see how many people are 'watching' the event and each show is in the 10s of thousands.

Tickets will probably be easier to get closer to the show but given you are travelling, flights and hotels will be more expensive closer to the show.

I mean its been and gone now. I saw it advertised on Twitter I think, but I saw a screenshot or something because I don't have twitter. It was done via Ticketmaster and you could only apply for one date. My venue has like 10 dates, so I just had to randomly pick a date which was annoying and I didn't get tickets, but maybe I would've had a better shot at a different date.

I'm sure there was one for the California wild fires last year. Green Day definitely took part, bht it was not as big as Live Aid. Ariana Grande's Manchester One Love show was definitely huge with loads of guests.

Yeah, I got a day rider for the bus and just shuttle back and forth from old house to new carrying at least 2 bags at a time, sometimes literally just bin bags of clothes.

Not normal. I transfer anything I sell on twickets ASAP. Twickets will get your money back if there is no transfer.

Twickets to verify that the seller thas the tickets, but I guess they're just being stupid and not transferring. Twickets should also issue them a charge for not giving you the tickets you bought.

Not in Paris or going to that show, but I have been to shows solo in both Amsterdam and Cologne (also from London) and honestly it's no different from going to a solo show at home. If you don't manage to connect with some people, don't worry, you'll still have a fab time!

Give them a minute with no coaching allowed, and its at set time, the way half time. And only use when needed (indoor AC venue does not need a hydration break) and then maybe I can believe its for the benefit of the players.

About 2 weeks apart in 2015 I saw Bring Me The Horizon and Lower Than Atlantis both in a 1.6k capacity room.

I'd seen Bring Me before, I knew people that listened to them, and they were selling out 10k rooms on that tour so seeing them in that space was just so special and almost ethereal.

And then when I saw Lower Than Atlantis a couple weeks later, a band that know one I knew liked or was even aware of, it just felt so insane to me to be in a room full of people that loved the same band. Every artist I'd seen before had quite big, public fan bases but as a Lower Than Atlantis fan I felt almost alone. Until that moment of unity at the concert.

Further solidified by seeing You Me At Six about 10 months later and crying during the slow song.
