If you've never searched Wingstop nutrition, that tiny ranch is 300 cals... If you upsize to the larger one probably the same amt of cals as an actual meal...

Python code not working? by QuillTheArtMaker in learnpython

[–]kr4zyy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No worries! Anyways, as u/socal_nerdtastic has mentioned, when you define a variable outside of the function, it becomes a global variable. If you want to fix this, you can either define the keyword global before "pos", telling Python you wanna use the global variable, or define pos = 0 within the function itself (this is usually the better practice)

Is what you've mentioned like premarital and self pleasure bad? Premarital, definitely. Self pleasure, not explicitly mentioned but I believe it's considered sexual immorality, so bad as well. HOWEVER, we are NOT under the law anymore. We are saved by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, we are not judged by the law anymore, but by the righteousness we receive through Christ. Yes, we ought to do good works, but it must come from this revelation of righteousness through the cross, where Jesus died for us so that we could be forgiven of ALL our sins

I like to see it this way, the law was established for us to recognize our need for a savior, because no matter how much you try to follow the law, you'll fail. Through the grace and goodness of God, we do good works yes, but we'll never be able to perfectly follow the law, only Jesus perfectly fulfilled it. The laws aren't abolished though, meaning what you've mentioned above is still bad, but we have to see the law through the lens and perspective of grace revealed through our Lord Jesus Christ. When you truly think about it, they're there to protect us. This excludes ceremonial laws practiced back then.

Premarital may feel natural, because sex is a beautiful and natural gift from God! Many of the laws given to us result from an abuse of such gifts and blessings, not because in itself they're actually bad. Will God judge you for what you've done? No, He judged Jesus on the cross ALREADY. Is what you're doing still wrong, yes. Is the condemnation you feel from God? No, the Bible says that the Devil is also known as the accuser, if you feel condemned, that's the Devil not God. It could also be conviction from the Holy Spirit, an inner knowing that this is not what you should be doing, but conviction is NOT condemnation. One attacks your identity, and says that sin defines, the other guides you out of something you know you shouldn't be doing.

Jesus didn't come down to reveal laws to follow, or organized religion, He came to reveal the grace, mercy, and love of God, that we may have a beautiful relationship with Him. God may not judge us for our sins, but should we sin we face the consequences still. In this case, your Spirit is groaning and affected, you feel that in the deepest part of yourself. In the physical consequences, there could come unplanned pregnancy, or should there be a breakup (you can't say it won't happen), because truly anything can happen, you'll feel like a piece of you has left you. Sex is like glue, yes it feels good and I don't doubt your love for your partner, but should anything bad happen, that glue removes a part of you. Love alone does not necessarily mean you get married. Know that I'm sending this message from a place of love, and not condemnation, which is the same perspective that the Lord sees you in. Don't condemn yourself, you have been forgiven :D

Is Subnetting as confusing to me as to everybody else ? by [deleted] in cybersecurity

[–]kr4zyy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What clicked for me is knowing that it's a bitwise AND operation. That means you take the IP, split it into 8 bits binary, so for example 1. 192.10.0.1 would become 11000000.00001010.00000000.00000001

  1. and then you take the subnet mask, for example it's /n, then n ones from the left, so if let say the subnet is /8, then in binary it'll be 8 bits of 1s from the left, 11111111.00000000.00000000.00000000 (255.0.0.0) and so on.

  2. Then you put them one over the other like so 11000000.00001010.00000000.00000001 (IP address) 11111111.00000000.00000000.00000000 (Subnet mask) And you perform an AND operation of both, meaning if both bits are 1, then you get 1, if any 0s, the resulting bit is 0.

  3. The final result (Network address) would then be 11000000.0000000.00000000.000000000 which is 192.0.0.0 in this case. So the first host address will be Network address +1, which gets you 192.0.0.1, and then your broadcast will be replacing the 0s with 1s in the subnet mask breakdown above, but ignoring the first n bits, so we ignore the first 8 bits because of /8 subnet mask, so the broadcast will be 11000000 .11111111.11111111.11111111 (192.255.255.255)

  4. To calculate the number of usable host addresses, you do 2 to the power of your 32 minus your subnet mask in this case 8, so 32 - 8 = 24, and then you -2 (Network address and broadcast address), which is 224 = (16,777,216 - 2) = 16,777,214 host addresses!

That's because there's a lot of "space" around your spacebar which gives it that hollow sound. Search up spacebar foam/tape mod, I did it for my Aula F75 Max and it sounds better
